  • Provide end of season rings<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nOrganization Responsibility:<\/strong>\r\n

    • Pay Arizona Supreme 1 Owner Package per team<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Team insurance<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Cover field, ref, medic & site supervisor cost for 4 regular season games – Arizona Supreme can provide a home field if necessary.<\/li>\r\n \t
    • Show up to all scheduled games<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nFall ’25 GM Plan\r\nEarly Registration $1800 per team\r\nSTandard Registration – $1500 per team\r\nLate Registration – $2100 per team<\/strong><\/span>\r\n\r\nArizona Supreme Responsibility:<\/strong>\r\n
