Arizona Youth Football Fall 2026 Team Registration

• Age Cutoff Date: July 1, 2026
• All Players must be Age/Grade verified by National Sports ID, which is Step 2 of this process.
• Make sure to select the correct organization/team name.
• Register before August 1st; all registrations afterwards will be late registrations.

$100 DEPOSIT OPTION
The $100 deposit is required to reserve your team’s spot in the league.

• Organization Paying for All Players – For teams paying the full team registration fee, the $100 team registration deposit will be applied toward the total balance due in 30 days from paying the deposit or you can pay in full.
• Parents Paying for Players – For teams using the individual player payment option, where parents pay separately for each player, the $100 team registration deposit will be fully refunded once the team registration requirements have been completed.

You will see this option on the final step of the checkout screen.
Important note: once refunded, you will not receive further charges

Organization Name – Age Group – Team Identifier (if you register more than one team)
