NSID cannot approve your request to change your child’s grade at this time due to the document submitted not meeting all our requirements.

The school document is required to change an athletes grade MUST include the following:

• Athletes Name
• Athletes CURRENT Grade
• The CURRENT school year
• The School Name

Keep in mind, all NSID athletes get moved up to the next grade as of September 1st each year.

If you wish to submit additional documentation to prove his grade we will review it again.
