You will receive an instant email to forward to each team family, with directions <\/span>for reserving a room from the team\u2019s block, using their own payment information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Directions to Reserve an Individual Room<\/u><\/strong><\/span>

\n3. Complete the RESERVATION FORM, check the AGREEMENT BOX and click. <\/span>CONFIRM RESERVATION.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will receive two emails. The first email sent instantly, will provide a <\/span>Reference Number (ARNXXXXXX) for your reservation. The second email <\/span>typically sent just prior to your date of arrival, will include your reservation <\/span>confirmation number, provided by the hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n
