Elementary 1-3 Rec Flag Football
Elementary Grades 4-5 Flag Football
Middle School Grades 6-7 Flag Football
Middle School Boys Grades 6-8 Flag Football
Middle School Girls Grades 6-8 Flag Football

1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR COACHES & ATHLETIC ADMINISTRATORS:

• Fill out the Registration Form below and read all the boxes before checking.
• All the teams should follow the same Team Format. Please follow the instructions below.
• Please select the appropriate division based on your roster age/grade below.
• Complete the Team Verification Process.
• If you need to add more teams. In the next screen, click the “Add a Registration” button.

2. HOW TO CREATE YOUR TEAM

Please use the following Team Name format:
School Name – Coach Last Name – Division Name
Example: Pinecrest Springs – Smith – Elementary 1-3 Rec Flag Football

This Registration has No Cost.

ALL PLAYERS MUST be Age/Grade verified by National Sports ID, which is step 2 of this process.
