- Fill out the Registration Form below and read all the boxes before checking.
- Please select the appropriate division based on your roster age/grade below.
- Complete the Team Verification Process.
- Age division cutoff date: November 15th, 2026.
This Registration has No Cost.
ALL PLAYERS MUST be Age/Grade verified by National Sports ID, which is step 2 of this process.
