NFL FLAG Regional Team Media Pass

Before purchasing a Team Media Pass, please read the following guidelines and fill out the form accordingly.

Team Media Pass

The NFL FLAG Team Media Pass allows one approved media representative to capture photo and video content for a registered team during an NFL FLAG Regional Tournament. To maintain a safe and fair competition environment for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators, all media representatives must comply with the policies outlined below.

Eligibility & Registration

• Each registered team may purchase one (1) Team Media Pass during tournament registration for $150.
• A Team Media Pass is valid for one tournament only and may be used to cover one team only.
• Media representatives covering multiple teams at the same event must purchase a separate Team Media Pass for each team they are covering.
• All media representatives must:
  • Complete a background check in NSID (This is an annual background check, valid for 12 months after completion. The cost is $22.99).
  • Sign the required liability waiver.
  • Sign the NFL FLAG Tournament Code of Conduct.
  • Be listed on their assigned team’s roster and complete all required roster verification.
• Media representatives may only access the field during games involving the team to which they are assigned. Sideline access is not permitted for games involving other teams.

Field Access Guidelines

The Team Media Pass provides limited sideline access for approved media representatives. While on the field, media representatives must adhere to the following rules:

• Only one approved media representative is permitted per team.
• Coaching or participation in team activities is prohibited.
• Interaction with game officials is prohibited.
• Photography or videography from the team bench area is prohibited.
• Media representatives must remain within designated media zones:
  • A minimum of three (3) yards from all field boundary lines.
  • Between the 5-yard line and the back of the end zone on their team’s sideline.
  • Behind either end zone.

• Media representatives must not interfere with gameplay, athletes, officials, spectators, or event operations.
• All instructions from NFL FLAG staff, venue personnel, and security must be followed immediately.
• NFL FLAG reserves the right to revoke field access at any time if these policies are not followed. Violations may result in one or more of the following:
  • Immediate removal from the competition venue.
  • Revocation of Team Media Pass credentials.
  • Loss of field access for the remainder of the event.
  • Additional disciplinary action as determined by tournament staff.
• Media representatives removed for violating these policies will not receive a refund of their Team Media Pass purchase.
