To maintain a safe and fair competition environment for athletes, coaches, officials, and spectators, all media representatives must comply with the policies outlined below.\r\n\r\n<b>Eligibility &amp; Registration<\/b>\r\n<ul data-editing-info=\"{&quot;applyListStyleFromLevel&quot;:false,&quot;unorderedStyleType&quot;:2}\">\r\n \t<li>Each registered team may purchase\u00a0<b>one (1) Team Media Pass<\/b>\u00a0during tournament registration for\u00a0<b>$150<\/b>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>A Team Media Pass is\u00a0<b>valid for one tournament only<\/b>\u00a0and may be used to cover\u00a0<b>one team only<\/b>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Media representatives covering multiple teams at the same event must purchase a separate Team Media Pass for each team they are covering.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>All media representatives must:\r\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\r\n \t<li>Complete a background check in NSID (<span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW198214578 BCX0\">This is an annual background check, valid for 12 months after completion. The cost is $22.99).<\/span><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sign the required liability waiver.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Sign the NFL FLAG Tournament Code of Conduct.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Be listed on their assigned team&#8217;s roster and complete all required roster verification.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Media representatives may only access the field during games involving the team to which they are assigned. Sideline access is\u00a0<b>not permitted<\/b>\u00a0for games involving other teams.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<b>Field Access Guidelines<\/b>\r\n\r\nThe Team Media Pass provides limited sideline access for approved media representatives. While on the field, media representatives must adhere to the following rules:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Only one approved media representative is permitted per team.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coaching or participation in team activities is prohibited.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Interaction with game officials is prohibited.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Photography or videography from the team bench area is prohibited.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Media representatives must remain within designated media zones:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>A minimum of\u00a0<b>three (3) yards<\/b>\u00a0from all field boundary lines.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Between the\u00a0<b>5-yard line and the back of the end zone<\/b>\u00a0on their team&#8217;s sideline.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Behind either end zone.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Media representatives must not interfere with gameplay, athletes, officials, spectators, or event operations.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>All instructions from NFL FLAG staff, venue personnel, and security must be followed immediately.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>NFL FLAG reserves the right to revoke field access at any time if these policies are not followed.
