2. Fill Out The Regisration form below.
3. Get your child verified on NSID.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COACHES:
1. Click on the COACH VERIFICATION button above.
2. Click on Get Verified.
3. Complete the coach verification process on NSID.

Please note that we do not accept registrations for ages 5 years old and below.
