PRAFA Flag Football Tournament 2026 – Team Registration

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COACHES:
1. Sign in or Sign up to your Coach Account.
2. Fill out the registration form below.
3. Use the following team name format when creating your teams:

Team Name + Group + Age Division

Example:
Dolphins A U18

• Team Name = Dolphins
• Group = A / B / C / D
• Age Division = U11 / U13 / U15 / U18

All teams must follow this format.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:

• 5 Saturdays
• From Saturday, September 19 to Saturday, October 17
• Location: Ciudad Deportiva Roberto Clemente
• Each team would play 2 games per Saturday
• Age cutoff: December 31, 2025
• Max 10 players per team

ALL PLAYERS MUST be Age/Grade verified by National Sports ID, which is step 2 of this process.
