PRAFA Flag Football Tournament 2026 – Player Registration

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS:
1. DOWNLOAD PHYSICAL EVALUATION FORM
2. Sign in or Sign up and fill out the registration form below.
3. Get your child verified on NSID.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:

• 5 Saturdays
• From Saturday, September 19 to Saturday, October 17
• Location: Ciudad Deportiva Roberto Clemente
• Each team would play 2 games per Saturday
• Age cutoff: December 31, 2025
• Max 10 players per team
• Registration Fee: $175 per player, includes T-shirt
• Early Bird: $150 per player until July 31

ALL PLAYERS MUST be Age/Grade verified by National Sports ID, which is step 2 of this process.
