Springfield Tigers requires ALL PARTICIPANTS to register online. Paper registration forms will not be accepted.
Tackle football documents need to be submitted during one of two hand-in days (TBA) or at equipment pickup if registered after those dates.
March 31, 2024, is the last day to register and be guaranteed a spot on a team. After March 31, registrants will be placed on a waiting list.
Tackle football workouts/practices begin April 5, 2024 (weather dependent).
Tentative tournaments in May, June and July (TBA)
All families are required to participate in the mandatory organization fundraiser (outlined below)
Registration Fee:
New Players: $420 includes rental of helmet, shoulder pads and new customized white, purple, grey uniforms. (All rental equipment must be returned at the end of the season)
Returners: $300 includes rental of helmet, shoulder pads and new customized white jersey. (All rental equipment must be returned at the end of the season) Returners, please contact Coach Barbour for discount code @ 413-364-6210
- Parents are responsible for providing players cleats, chin strap (for helmet), practice pants, practice jersey, athletic supporter cup (optional) and colored mouthpieces that attaches to their helmets.
Refunds: 50% refund of all fees if request is made between January 8 and April 5. NO REFUNDS after April 5. The organization must plan ahead for number of players for all equipment.
The registration deadline to not be charged a $50 late registration fee is March 31. Registrations submitted after March 31are subject to $50 late sign-up fee per player penalty. Final registration cut off is June 1. Any player registering after this date will be subject to the $50 late fee and will go on a waiting list with NO GUARANTEE to be placed on a team.
Fundraiser requirement: All members are required to participate in the organization fundraising activity. Failure to do so may cause practice and/or game suspensions as directed by the Tigers Board. Each Player will be given 20 calendar raffle or raffle tickets to be sold for $10 each and are asked to return $200 during the club fundraiser. More explanation on fundraiser will come.
Player WILL NOT receive equipment without turning in their mandatory fundraiser or Physical Form completed during 2024 and submitted prior to or on the day of equipment handout.
Note: There is an additional $12 fee that must be paid on subsequent pages for player verification. This is a separate and mandatory fee to be paid directly to NSID.
