INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS:

1. Sign in or sign up with a parent account
2. Create a player account or select an existing account
3. Upload medical clearance form
4. Get your child verified on NSID

Refund Policy:
No cash refund policy: No monetary refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative credits may be offered, such as credit toward another child or future participation.

All sales are final. Waterbury Knights Football, Cheer and Dance does not offer money-back guarantees. You acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

All players must be Age/Grade verified by National Sports ID, which is step 2 of this process.
