TEAMINNÂ is our Official Housing Coordinator for this tournament. TEAMINN has contracted room blocks on your behalf to guarantee you the lowest group rate available. This event is a STAY TO PLAY event and all teams that will need an overnight stay in a hotel are required to book through the official tournament booking link to be in compliance. Please see the booking button below to reserve your hotel accommodations as soon as possible. Please pass along booking information to your team or friends and family that may also be traveling for the tournament.

Directions to Hold a Team Block of Rooms
1. Choose your hotel and click BOOK HOTEL NOW.
2. Click HOLD ROOM.
3. Complete the PLACE ROOMS ON HOLD form.
4. Click PLACE ROOMS ON HOLD.
You will receive an instant email to forward to each team family, with directions for reserving a room from the team’s block, using their own payment information.
Directions to Reserve an Individual Room
1. Choose your hotel and click BOOK HOTEL NOW.
2. Click BOOK HOTEL NOW.
3. Complete the RESERVATION FORM, check the AGREEMENT BOX and click. CONFIRM RESERVATION.
You will receive two emails. The first email sent instantly, will provide a Reference Number (ARNXXXXXX) for your reservation. The second email typically sent just prior to your date of arrival, will include your reservation confirmation number, provided by the hotel.
