Blackstone Valley CLCF Chiefs Cheer Registration 2026

– Competitive teams (ages 9-14) practice 5 days per week during the summer and 3 days per week once school starts.
– Non-competitive teams (5-8) practice 4 days per week in the summer and 3 days per week once school starts.

PRACTICE IS MANDATORY

Games are every Sunday starting in late August and going through to the end of October. Cheerleaders
will cheer at their teams games until the end of their regular season and through the first round of
playoffs. They do not cheer for regional games.

GAMES ARE MANDATORY

Our first competition (ages 5-14) is Blackstone Valley State championships on October 17th.
If your childs team, 10u and older (ages 9-14), place top 3 they will move on to the AYC regional
competition on November 14th at the URI, Ryan Center.
If they place top 3 again they will move onto the AYC national championship in Kissimmee, FL
the first week in December.
If your child is on Flag or 8u they do not proceed past the state competition.

COMPETITION IS MANDATORY

The team your athlete is on will depend on their age. Do not ask for your child to move up.

DIVISIONS ARE DETERMINED BY ATHLETES AGE AS OF 7/1/26

Fall cheer is a huge commitment so please understand this and know the commitment

before signing up!

10 & Under Cheer 8-10
12 & Under Cheer 10-12
14 & Under Cheer 12-14
