ALL PLAYERS MUST BE AGE/GRADE VERIFIED BY NATIONAL SPORTS ID. Choose the Division that corresponds with your child’s age on July 31.

2. Fill out the registration form below.
3. Get your child verified on NSID.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COACHES:
1. Click on the COACH VERIFICATION button above.
2. Click on Get Verified.
3. Complete the coach verification process on NSID.
