DIVISIONS (Based on Age before July 1, 2026):
7U – (Age 7 and under with no weight restrictions – Unlimited)
9U – (Age 9 and under with no weight restrictions – Unlimited)
10U – (Age 10 and under with no weight restrictions – Unlimited)
11U – (Age 11 and under with no weight restrictions – Unlimited)
12U – (Age 12 and under with no weight restrictions – Unlimited) 14U – (Age 14 and under with no weight restrictions – Unlimited)INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS:
1. Sign in or Sign Up.
2. Fill out the registration form below.
3. Get your child verified on NSID. For privacy, any documents submitted will only be saved for 24 hours. Make sure to add all documents within that period to avoid resubmission.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COACHES:
1. Click on the COACH VERIFICATION button above.
2. Click on Get Verified.
3. Complete the coach verification process on NSID. Background check is mandatory.
