Toledo Youth Football League is very proud to announce a partnership with National Sports ID to help maintain the integrity of our football league. National Sports ID is an online service that verifies the age/grade of youth athletes by providing approved Sports ID Cards.
PLEASE take 10-15 minutes to register a parent account, add your child and get him or her verified. The NSID customer service team is on call to assist you and all your players through the simple process.
The cost for the Sports ID is free for TYFL. The Sports ID card is valid for 365 days from the date it is approved. Once you get your child verified you are then eligible to participate in the Toledo Youth Fall Football League.
Please follow the steps below to get started with registering your account, creating your team and inviting your players to get verified. Remember there is LIVE HELP in the right-hand corner of the National Sports ID website to assist you and your players.

What do I need to get my child verified?

- Mobile, laptop, or desktop device.
- A parent and child account in NSID.
- Clear headshot photo of your child(s)

- Athletes’ birth certificate, passport, or state id.
- Athlete’s report card, school id, or screenshot of school account.
- Online payment in the amount of $10.00.

- Find and select your organization and click Get Verified.
- Sign in or Sign up for NSID.
- Choose Your Child’s Division.
- Fill Out Roster Data Form (Medical and Emergency Contact).
- Complete the 3-Step Verification Process. (Watch Video)
- Sign liability waivers, which will pop up on your screen.
YOU WILL NOT JOIN A TEAM ON NSID. THE ORGANIZATION ADMIN WILL ADD YOUR CHILD TO A TEAM AFTER HE/SHE IS VERIFIED.

- Find Your Organization below.
- Click Get Coach Verified.
- Sign in or Sign up for NSID.
- You should be added to your organization’s Coach Verification Team
- Click Get Verified at the top of the screen.
- Complete the 3-Step Verification Process.
YOU WILL NOT JOIN A YOUTH TEAM ON NSID. THE ORGANIZATION ADMIN WILL ADD YOU TO A TEAM AFTER YOU ARE VERIFIED.
