The NSID’s dedicated customer service team is always on hand to guide you through this efficient and user-friendly process.
For just $10 annually, participants can obtain a Sports ID card, valid for a full year from the date of approval. What do you need to get your child verified?

- Mobile, laptop, or desktop device.
- A parent and child account in NSID.
- Clear headshot photo of athletes.

- Athletes birth certificate, passport, or state id.
- Athlete’s report card, school id, or screenshot of school account.
- Online payment in the amount of $10.00 per player.

- Choose if your child has a team or does not have a team.
- If you have a team, Sign in or Sign up for a PARENT account.
- Register your child(s) and checkout.
- Get your child(s) verified. (Watch Video)
- Sign waiver(s).
- To register your child, simply fill out the online form, make a payment, verify their age and grade, and e-sign a liability waiver.
- PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER WITHOUT FIRST SPEAKING TO YOUR TEAM/COACH AND CONFIRMING TEAM PLACEMENT.
