You will need the following items for your child to get verified:
1) Head shot photo of your child
2) Birth Certificate
3) Current Report Card
This will be used for the NTBA tournament at Myrtle Beach July 16-20 as their age requirements are much stricter than the tournaments we have participated in so far.Show More
