Reset your password

How to:

  1. Choose the type of account you have on NSID.
  2. Enter the email address on the NSID Account.
  3. Click the magnifying glass to search.
  4. If we need more info to enter YOUR last name.
  5. The Reset Password button will turn blue when we have enough info. 

Make sure to check your Spam folder for the email with a temporary password.

    If you have entered a phone number you will receive a message with a link.
