National Sports ID offers a convenient online service for verifying the age and grade of youth athletes by providing approved Sports ID Cards. We encourage you to invest just 10-15 minutes to complete the registration process, whether you’re adding your child or creating a team for verification. Our dedicated NSID customer service team is readily available to guide you and your players through this straightforward procedure.

For a nominal fee of only $10 per year, you can acquire a Sports ID card, valid for an entire 365-day period from the approval date. Once your child or team successfully completes the verification, you’ll gain eligibility to participate in any HoopPlayUSA Basketball Tournament for the next 365 days.
