A: Event Setup lets you configure all core event details including match duration, the earliest and latest times games can begin each day, and which days of the week games can be played.

Q: What is the Mode button in Event Setup?

A: The Mode button allows you to toggle the schedule between being prepared (in draft) and visible (published) to participants.

Q: How do I import a schedule?

A: Use the Import Schedule feature under Quick Actions to upload a CSV file containing all schedule information. The system will process and apply the data automatically.

Q: How do I add game locations?

SCHEDULING WORKSPACE

A: The Scheduling Workspace is the heart of the system where directors build the entire event timeline. Games to be scheduled appear at the top of the screen, and you can drag and drop matchups into time slots. The schedule is automatically updated on game day live.

Q: How does drag-and-drop scheduling work?

A: Based on your matchup parameters, available games will appear at the top of the workspace. Simply drag a matchup and drop it into an open time slot on the calendar to schedule it.

Q: How do I enter game results?

A: Click Results and Score Entry to enter the results of matchups. You can also click Standings to filter by division and view win percentage, total wins, losses, ties, points for and against, and point differential.
