League Rules
Our divisions are strictly GRADE SPECIFIC. The participating players MUST currently be in the same grade as the League division they are playing in.
With the 8th Grade Lea8ue, you MUST be an 8th Grader (no 9th graders allowed regardless of birthday). 8th Grade age is 14, and the rule of thumb is you can be 14 or 15, but can NOT turn 16 prior to September 1st
With the 7th Grade Lea8ue, you MUST be a 7th Grader (no 8th graders allowed regardless of birthday). 7th Grade age is 13, and the rule of thumb is you can be 13 or 14, but can NOT turn 15 prior to September 1st
With the 6th Grade Lea8ue, you MUST be a 6th Grader (no 7th graders allowed regardless of birthday). 6th Grade age is 12, and the rule of thumb is you can be 12 or 13, but can NOT turn 14 prior to September 1st
There can be no more than 12 players on one single roster. Team rosters lock after the 2nd Session, and you cannot add any players after that.
Players can NOT play in multiple age groups AND can NOT play for more than one organization.
8 teams advance to Championship Weekend. The top 3 teams from each division automatically make it in, and the next 2 best teams overall (regardless of division) get the last two spots.
Both first and last names and jersey # must be entered in the scorebook before each game. Full names spelled correctly are vital for accurate write-ups, and anything less is subject to a technical foul.
Uniforms: A light colored set and a dark colored set is required. (Uniforms will not be provided by the event)
The top team listed on the schedule/website is HOME (lighter color jersey), and the bottom team is AWAY (darker color jersey).
Coaches and Programs are responsible for the behavior and actions of their parents and spectators. The Tournament Director reserves the right to issue a bench technical foul for unruly, disrespectful, or unsportsmanship behavior.
Any game protests must be made known to the Tournament Director immediately upon the conclusion of a game and be accompanied with $100. There is no use of video replays in any protests or decision-making process.
Players must have badges for ALL sessions and to enter the gym each time. Any lost or misplaced badges will cost $30.
Waivers must be signed by PARENTS (not Coaches) and submitted PRIOR to registration. A player will not be able to get a picture or credential without registering, therefore will not be able to enter the gym.
