When I register for NSID and try to sign in for the first time and it says “your account is disabled” what do I do?

What is a Sports ID?
A Sports ID is a document that will prove you are the athlete you say you are. It will verify the sports you play, teams you play for, your age and what city you live in. Your Sports ID will be accessible on your mobile phone or can be printed out so you can present it at league or tournament games.
How do we verify athletes documents?
National Sports ID has a team of analysts who carefully inspect all documents and information you submit. If a document is found to be counterfeit then National Sports ID will notify the athletes school and push to get this as cheating on the child’s transcript. JUST DO NOT CHEAT AND YOU WILL BE ISSUED A SPORTS ID.
Is my personal data secure?
We can assure we take every possible measure so all of your documentation and data is 100% secure on National Sports ID. We use new revolutionary ways to make our site and the paths your documents are on virtually impossible to track or be hacked. We do this by changing passwords a few times per day.
Why do I have to pay for verification?
All the materials you are sending have to be thoroughly verified. While it may seem to be fairly easy, the process requires us to employ a team of analysts who have appropriate knowledge and experience. Our services are built to the highest possible standard and such – unfortunately – cannot be maintained for free.

How do I get my child a verified Sports ID?
National Sports ID will issue your son/daughter an approved Sports ID as long as you follow the instructions and process which you can learn all about by clicking here: Get My Child Verified
How much is a Sports ID?
A Sports ID is just $10.00 per 365 days.
How do I know my payment info is secure?
NSID is a secure site and for payments we use PayPal, which is the most secure financial transaction in the world.
How do I get my team verified?
National Sports ID will issue a team verification once ALL players who are a part of your team have all been verified. You can learn exactly what you must do to invite your players and help them get verified by clicking here: Get My Team Verified
Can I pay for my entire team or other players Sports ID’s?
In the website you ARE NOT able to pay of other athletes Sports ID’s, however this can be arranged directly with NSID and you should use the LIVE CHAT to set this up.
If I am registered as a Coach in NSID can I also be a Parent?
Yes. All you have to do is go to your Account or Edit Your Profile and scroll to the bottom. You will see a button called Enable Parent. This will give you the ability to switch between your coach and parent account, which you can do at the top of the screen Switch to Parent.
If I am registered in NSID as a Parent can I also be a Coach?
Yes. All you have to do is go to your Account or Edit Your Profile and scroll to the bottom. You will see a button called Enable Coach. This will give you the ability to switch between your parent and coach account, which you can do at the top of the screen Switch to Coach.
Do we get a physical Sports ID card?
The Sports ID is designed to be a virtual ID card used mainly on mobile devices, however you can print one out and have a physical card as well.
Can I pay for my entire team or other players Sports ID’s?

Create My Team +
Create My Team
In this step you will be walked through the process of Creating a Team in NSID. Please read the instructions carefully and refer to the screenshots for help.
Once you register and sign into NSID you will land on the Dashboard. On the Dashboard please click either of the 2 buttons that say Create a Team.
General Information – Enter the team information such as team name, number of players, description, team photo, address and any social media links.
Note: Number of Players should be as accurate as possible. Once the number verified players in your team = the number you entered in Number of Players field your team will be eligible for Team Verification.
Note: When uploading a photo from any device try to use 100×100 JPG file for best results.
Upload a Picture – To add a picture to your team Click the Browse button to search pictures on your device. Choose the picture and upload to the site.
Note: Please use 100×100 JPG images for best user experience.
Add Coaches – In this section you can add coaches to your team so they have the same permissions as the team owner/admin.
Note: You can only add users who are signed up as coaches or parents who have upgraded their accounts to coaches.
Privacy Settings – In this section you can set your team privacy settings.
Note: It is best to leave the setting: Team members can join immediately during the time when you send out invites to your players to save you time having to approve everyone. Then Once your players are signed up you can change the setting to Members Must be Approved to join.
Create Team – After you have entered your team information and set your settings, just click Create Team.

2. On the Dashboard Open Team Page under My Teams.
3 . On your team page Click Invite Players button.
4. Enter in the first name, last name, email address and mobile phone (optional) of all your players and Click Send Invites.
To enter more players click the Add More Team Members button.
You can Import Google Contacts by clicking that button.
Note: All players that click the link from the invitation you send out will automatically be added to your team as long as you have the setting New Members Can Join Immediately checked in Edit Team.
Note: If you want to approve all players before they can join your team then check off New Members Must be Approved.

You can also copy and paste your teams URL into an email or text message and blast out to your team. All players that click the link and sign up for NSID from your email or text will be added to your team or wait for approval based on your setting.

Retrieve Password
If you forget your password you can have NSID send you a new one by clicking the Forgot Password? link on sign in page.
- Click Sign Up to take you to the Sign In Page
- Enter Your Email or Username and NSID will send you a temporary password.
- Click Reset Password and email will be sent to you with temporary password.
