When you cancel player(s) subscription their verified ID’s will become invalid on the expiration date. That means the player(s) will have to re upload all documents and go through the verification process again.
It is best to allow the parent to log in and update the billing information with his/her credit card so the ID stays verified. Please send this link to the parent of players you want to cancel: Update My Credit Card
We understand that players change teams and coaches have to cancel subscriptions because of this. Each player that a coach pays for is it’s own subscription so you can cancel the players who are no longer on your team or pay for new players joining your team. You can view all the payments under your account by following the instructions below.
- Log into your Coach Account
- On your Dashboard > Click My Account at the top
- Click Payments
- Click Cancel
NOTE: You can also update your credit card information on the same page by clicking the button. This will renew the ID and store the new credit card entered.
