NSID simplifies the process of creating customer coupons directly within the registration admin, offering a user-friendly interface that caters to a wide range of needs. These coupons come equipped with an extensive array of settings, ensuring that directors have the flexibility to tailor them specifically for registering teams and players in leagues and tournaments. This feature is designed to meet the diverse requirements of directors, enabling them to easily apply discounts, set validity periods, and customize conditions to enhance the registration experience for all participants. Follow the instructions below to learn how to create coupons.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. On your tournament or league page click “Director Admin”.
2. Navigate to “Coupons” and then select “Create Coupon”.
3. Click the Add Coupon button.
4. Create a Coupon Code and Description.
5. Choose the type of Coupon (Percentage Discount or Fixed Cart Discount).
6. Choose the amount of coupon and expiration date, if needed.
7. Set up usage limits to control the usage of the coupon.
8. Click Publish to make the coupon active.

Utilizing usage limits on coupons is a prudent measure to prevent misuse and sharing beyond the intended recipients. Additionally, the flexibility to edit coupons at any time allows for adjustments in both the discount value and the number of uses.
