This guide will walk you through the simple steps to set a maximum number of team and player registrations. Once the set limit is reached, the division will automatically close, helping you manage capacity and keep your event organized.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Visit your League or Tournament Page.
2. Click Teams or Players.
3. Click Team or Player Registrations.
4. Click Manage> Set Maximum Teams/Players Per Division.
4. Enter the Max Number in the Division Field.
IMPORTANT:

You’ll receive an email notification when your registration limit is reached.
- Once full, the division will be marked FULL, grayed out in the dropdown, and unavailable for selection.
- To reopen the division, simply increase the max limit by one, and it will become selectable again.
